LARIA has, yet again, hosted a successful annual conference with a  range of stimulating and interesting plenary and workshop sessions from researchers in local government, health, academia and the private sector.  The 2-day event at Warwick University included the LARIA Research Impacts Awards and I am proud to say that five of the six awards went to the North West – well done, folks, next year we should aim for a clean sweep!
