It sets out the challenges faced by local authorities face in learning to properly utilise local data, but also the scale of the opportunities in doing so in terms of financial savings, more effectively targetted services and inward investment.
NLGN argue that data is the key that unlocks the ability of councils to fully integrate and transform the services they offer local people to truly develop the full potential of their places.
