QA Research have produced a blog on the lessons learnt from research related to the Care Act. They look at the impact of the Care Act on unpaid carers since it was launched last spring. QA Research discuss the consistent positives and negatives that their research has revealed as well as provide tips on what could be done to ensure the Care Act meets the needs of Britain’s army of unpaid and often unseen carers.

Together Laura and Shirley enjoy doing crafts together and chatting about their lives. Laura has become a very important part of Shirley’s life.
