Salary: £48,606 – £52,157 pa
Permanent, 37 Hours per week
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Insight and Intelligence Management Team, leading on the use of data to drive performance across the Council. This is a new role and the team has recently been re-shaped to put intelligence at the heart of the organisation.
You will be responsible for managing a team of intelligence analysts, specialising in adults and children’s social care data, education data, statutory data reporting and performance management for the Council. The role also focuses on implementing new tools and techniques to automate processes to increase efficiency and to improve the accessibility of data.
Be passionate about the role of data, and can lead and inspire those around you.
Understand the importance of data quality and work in partnership to drive up data standards.
Have excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills, and be able to build effective working relationships with Directors, Councillors and partners.
Be creative and solution-focused, and be able to think critically.
Be able to manage multiple work programmes under pressure.
Be experienced in managing and motivating a team.
