A new conversation in Kirklees is a report published by The Commission on the Future of Local Government (September 2013) on Kirklees Council’s ‘It’s Time to Talk’ activity.

Set within the context of social productivity, it explores the approach taken to starting to building different relationships between the council and local people and preparing for the changes to come. The report focuses specifically on phase 1, but this work is ongoing.
